Jenni Rivett was Princess Diana's († 36) trainer, but over time she also became a friend. She now speaks in an interview about the princess and her sons.

They spent a lot of time together and got to know each other really well during the seven years they trained together. Now personal trainer Jenni Rivett gave the British website "dailymail.co.uk" a rare interview about her relationship with Princess Diana († 36). And she also spoke a lot about her close bond with Prince William (38) and Prince Harry (36).

In the video above we show you Diana's most beautiful moments with her sons again.

"She had a special bond with William and Harry and also loved embarrassing them both. Her sense of humor was one of her best qualities," reveals Jenni.

Unknown video surfaced - and Diana stunned everyone in it, as you can see below!

Prince William & Prince Harry meant everything to Princess Diana

"They meant the world to her," the trainer continues. But: "Sometimes they annoyed her too," she says, laughing. Because occasionally the children were there during the workout - certainly a lot of family fun but probably also a bit of a hindrance when doing sports.

Close confidant suspects in the video below: "Charles just wanted to find a woman who would give him offspring."

The training also helped Diana get her bulimia under control. Jenni Rivett admires how open she was about it. Diana's favorite exercises would have included step aerobics, cardio - especially power walking at Kensington Gardens - and rollerblading. "She loved that," said the athlete.

Only years later did she find out that she should always have curtsied in front of Diana. She apologized, but the princess waved her off: "She laughed when I apologized and said, 'That's why I love you Jenni... Please don't ever curtsey to me."
